EVOSST Showcases VR-Based Reskilling Approach at BEYOND Expo 2026

The EVOSST project was presented at BEYOND Expo 2026, one of the leading technology and innovation exhibitions in Southeast Europe, through the participation of project partner MetaMind Innovations (MINDS).

Throughout the event, visitors had the opportunity to learn more about EVOSST’s objectives, ongoing activities and innovative approaches for evaluating and improving social services. Information about the project was shared through dissemination materials, including leaflets and booth displays, while discussions with visitors provided an opportunity to raise awareness of the project’s work and expected impact.

A key element of the presentation was the demonstration of EVOSST’s Virtual Reality (VR)-based reskilling pilot, developed to support skills development for the green transition in coal-dependent regions. The pilot uses VR technology to provide interactive training experiences and support the development of new skills for future green jobs.

Visitors had the opportunity to explore the EVOSST VR pilot through live demonstrations at the MINDS booth.

The participation in BEYOND Expo 2026 provided an important opportunity to present EVOSST to a broader audience, engage with stakeholders from different sectors and showcase how digital technologies can support innovation in social services and skills development.

About EVOSST

EVOSST (Evaluation and Valorization of Social Services for a Sustainable Transition) is a Horizon Europe research and innovation project that aims to improve the evaluation, monitoring and development of social services across Europe.
