Interactive workshop ” The Ideal world of social services’’ in Belgium
Z-PLUS is a core partner of the EVOSST Horizon Europe project that focuses on proactively supporting patients through timely insights and interventions. On June 28th, 2025, Z-PLUS organized and hosted an interactive workshop with 10 key stakeholders in Belgium towards identifying emerging problems early, improving care coordination, and support patient autonomy by using lifestyle monitoring, predictive analytics, and real-time data triggers.
The workshop focused on three main areas: actions based on real-time data, preventive analytics, and lifestyle monitoring. It also stressed the need for strong partnerships, interoperability, and user trust. In the end, the goal is to go from reactive care to proactive, personalised support in a connected ecosystem.
