EVOSST Holds its First Review Meeting
The EVOSST project held its First Review Meeting on 28 September 2026 in Thessaloniki, Greece, bringing together project partners in person, while the Project Officer and reviewers joined remotely. The meeting provided an opportunity to present the work carried out during the first reporting period and discuss the progress achieved across the project.

The meeting covered progress across EVOSST’s different work areas, from project management and technical coordination to lifecycle impact analysis, the development of the social service well-being metric and the new Social Return on Investment (SROI) framework. Partners presented the work completed so far, key developments and the activities planned for the next phase of the project.

A major part of the Review Meeting focused on the technological development and pilot activities of EVOSST. The consortium presented the progress of the four project pilots, covering an AI-assisted platform for healthcare access, a VR-based reskilling programme for the green transition, an AI-enabled adaptive Learning Management System (LMS) for people on the autism spectrum, and an AI-powered culturally sensitive multilingual assistant.

The sessions combined pilot overviews and roadmaps with demonstrations of the solutions developed so far.

The final part of the meeting addressed the project’s policy, dissemination, communication and exploitation activities, including the development of the EVOSST stakeholder network and the roadmap for stakeholder-centred policy development.
Throughout the Review Meeting, dedicated discussion sessions provided opportunities for the consortium to exchange views with the Project Officer and reviewers and receive feedback on the work presented and the next steps of EVOSST.

The First Review Meeting marked an important milestone for EVOSST, bringing together the work completed during the first reporting period and providing valuable feedback as the project moves into its next phase.
