EVOSST Third Plenary Meeting held in Limassol, Cyprus

The 3rd Plenary Meeting of the EVOSST project was successfully held in hybrid format on 21–22 April 2026 in Limassol, Cyprus, hosted by project partner UBITECH. The two-day meeting brought together all partner organisations to review the achievements and completed milestones of the first year of project implementation and to define the next steps toward advancing social services evaluation and innovation across Europe.

During the plenary, partners presented EVOSST’s progress, methodologies, and emerging results, while interactive discussions strengthened collaboration, alignment, and shared commitment across the consortium. Key milestones were discussed, including the completion of a new SROI framework, the first architecture of a well-being measure for social services, the methodology for life-cycle impact analysis of social services, and the development of four innovative technologies tailored to enhance social service delivery.

The meeting reaffirmed the consortium’s collective ambition to build evidence-based, sustainable, and scalable frameworks capable of supporting the transformation of social services across the EU.
